Indiatimes Online Shopping — bad service, delay in delivery and incompletion of order

hi,
i ordered one samsung mobile from india time shopping on 12-aug-2012 and they given expected dilevery date 22-aug-2012. i did not received mpbile so i called then they delivered the material after that call so i gptaterial on 24-aug-2012. with the order one screen guard was free but then np
ot supplied so i called to indiatime customer care they given complain no. 374076 and told there pfficer will call within 24 hour till call did not came.
