Indiatimes Shopping — Delivery of wrong product | |||
I had ordered an product online with indiatimes shopping. The money for the the same was paid through ycredit card on 01/ 02 oct 12. The product delivered to me was not the one I had asked for. Hence, on 06 oct 12 I lodged a tele complaint and the I'd given to me was 437171. I have been interacting wIth India times shopping almost everyday but no resolution has been given till now.
