Indiatimes Shopping — Indiatimes Shopping Fraud: Broken Product Delivered in January 2012 and Not Replaced Till Now | |||
I bought a iBall Nirantar UPS from Indiatimes in January 2012 Under Order No. [protected],which was shipped and delivered to me in Broken and non Working Condition. I did complaint and i was assured for replacement via reverse pickup from their side within 7days and was provided with Complaint Id:93985 Its been more than 8 months,I mail them every week and they reply me back saying they are taking action ,but not done/doing anything against my complaint. Even when i call them they give me excuse every time asking for some more time.I even have the Voice Recording of the conversations and emails as proof. Meanwhile my Desktop Computer worth Rs.30,000 also got damaged due to non availability o[censored]PS. Indiatimes Shopping is all responsible for all the loss i have beard.I will take this in consumer forum and demand compensation against my loss of Time ,Money and Mental Torture Given to me by them since past 8 Months.
