no service for compbook iball i360 fhd,

It's almost 2 months over since i gave my compbook laptop in service center in hyderabad. Service center person cannot create job code as the serial number[protected] not showing in the iball crm software. Informed through iball customer care email multiple times no solution, called customer care they don't give any valid answer or solution just simply tell they will call back never call back or keep on forwarding the call and put on hold...

iball slide snap 4g2 tab battery

I am using iball slide snap 4g2 2 gb 16 gb. My tab battery is swelled out. But i am not able to get the replacement battery for my tab. How can i get it. Your service people at madurai, tamil nadu told, you can't get the battery, because the company closed the production of the battery. This is waste of time to search the net. headphone-low quality ear cushions

laptop compbook not repaired

I submitted my compbook laptop at iball service centre thane on 17 aug 2017 for resolving keyboard issue. Called many times and visited many times but the service centre people not giving any proper answer about when it will got repaired. Horrible experience from iball. I will never ever think to purchase any iball product in future. Worst service experience....

On 27th June 2017 I went to ur service centre at Karan market jammu for iPad repair they said Jack has to be changed so i agreed they changed it n then said now Master board has to be changed I said first give me receipt of Jack they said no we will not come another day for further information and repair .they charged me 300 rupees for it with no receipt he was very ruthless fellow u make Kareena to do the add with such fellows to give services...

not providing service

Dear Sir/madam,
My home theatre is given for service on 21 sept 2013 I ball serice centre- best it world (india) pvt ltd., mangalore. But still they are not returning back, when I call them they are giving simply reasons and playing with us. Please take the immediate action so that I can get my home theatre immediately. It is under warranty period, but 2 and half months warranty is completed in their work shop....

    This mailing is just a brief for solution, may be, to a rarest occurance.
    I have opted for Bball iTAB Moviez Pro 4 G RAM and 64 GB RAM 10.1 inch with Wi-Fi + 4 G Tablet vide Invoice No. FA[protected] Dt.[protected] ordered Through M/s. SILVERINTEGRATION PVT LTD thro Flipkart.

    I have received the Tab bearing IMEI / Sr. No.[protected].

    The product got delivered with defective SIM SLOT and after lot of enquiries and a Month's time a I could finally locate the service centre. (SAI MOBILES) They were very courteous and after more than a Month's time I have received the TAB serviced. I have noticed teen on that FOG like shadow appears while charging and also when switch on the TAB.

    Finally a couple of days ago the TAB Failed to charge the Battery.

    And again I have approached the customer care and handed over for rectification.

    I am aware and accept that product failures are imminent & rare and I am aware of the brand reputation. I strongly feel after letting down twice in short period that I am delivered a rejected/defective piece initially.

    I have not only inconvenienced but also lost close to quarter of guarantee/warranty period and hope that you will considerate and thoroughly investigate and return me a perfect TAB.

    I convey my grateful thanks in advance for your support in the matter accordingly.

    I line in acknowledgment is solicited.

        Hi
        IBALL SMPS ( purchased on 21/7/2022) handed to Cell Care Point on 3 June 2023 has not been replaced/ rectified till date.

        The SMPS would restart the pc on loop and a grrr sound would be heard when starting cpu.
        Hence, i visited cell care point to get a replacement.
        I enquired on June 10, 2023 and Mr Rehaan told me that the motherboard of the SMPS has to be replaced. However, he has not recd the part fron IBALL.
        I opted for IBALL as ur company had a goodwill and name in market.
        It has been 7 days since i gave my iball smps for replacement

        I request you to give me a replacement of Smps if part is not available as my work is getting hampered due to delay.

        The IBALL SMPS was not working properly within a.period of 1 year and am facing a delay in getting replacement/ rectification

        I collected the Iball smps from cell care point Andheri west.Mr rehaan handed me the rectified smps on June17 2023. I connected it to my CPU and it was working fine.hence, I am closing this complaint. Thanking Cell care point staff and iball

          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          I had logded a complaint about iball power bank which I ordered 9 months back and I started using 3 months back but the power back stopped working 1 month ago. I registered the compalint in i ball website. They have responded that power bank should be brought to the service center. I am staying in a city where there are no service centers of them. How the people who are staying in far places can bring things to service center. They should provide delivery services just as they do when they deliver any new product.
