SUBJECT:- Non receipt of refund amount. I have order one Morphy Richards Microwave 20 MBG": on 10 nov. 2012 Order no [protected] on 19 th Nov2012 I received your mail & SMS that as you do not have Stock you had cancelled the same order. & will refund the amount on or before 1Dec. 2012. But till now as on 28th Feb 2013. the same amount is not refunded & not credited in my account. I have already sent them 25times mail & 4 times call to their helpline. But no use.
