1. We bought this 1000 watt food processor through Amazon in Jan-22
(Invoice Number : BLR[protected]
Invoice Details : KA-BLR[protected]
Invoice Date : 10.01.2022)

2. With in warranty period there was some issue with the main body (some clip which locks the jars) was fixed

3. With in a short span of time, the wet grinding jar was declared un-usable and we were advised to buy new one

4. I have not yet bought a new one. We used the old Morphy Richards icon mixie (bought in 2008) for wet grinding jobs. Thankfully we did not dump it as planned

5. Further few months later the motor developed a ln issue and we got it repaired through your authorised representative. During that visit we were told not to grind hard items as this will develop problems!! (1000 watt machine!)

6. Now the chutney jar is defunct and your representative is saying we have to buy new one

7. We are unable to chop leafy vegetables it just chops the bottom portion of the input and rotates

8. In a nut shell this has been a very disappointing purchase (after happily using your products for over 15 years)

9. We think we have got a bad piece. We do not want to put good money into a bad product

10. We request you to please arrange for its pick up from our place.

11. When I enquired for a exchange (with different brands) it is fetching Rs 400

12. So, please take back the entire product and see if you can find the defect.

    There was a complaint raised on Monday for the oil heater screw being loosen up at the bottom due to which cover was coming out.
    He took the screw and said soll visit back but until than I can continue to use.
    Now since one week I have been using the oil heater and unfortunately the lower part has also come out as there was no support on the top.
    Inspite of making numerous calls no one is visiting the premises.

      Even after using for 3 4 months when i grind coconut, the coconut becomes orange colored, this is a very serious issue,

              Unable to get replaced product

              I bought Morphy Richards SteamPro 1300 W Handheld Garment Steamer on 1st November 2022 from Amazon.

              After 15 days of delivery it stopped working. i used it only once and now it stopped working.

              I tried to connect with the customer support on the number mentioned in the manual but it always went on busy.
              Then I called Bajaj service centre and filed my complaint, they send a technician and he took my product...

              Even after making calls and emails to consumer care, i m not getting satisfactory response for the same.

                I have purchased 25 litre geyser of Morphy Richard on 17 July 2021 which is having warranty of 2 years
                Geyser around 6 months earlier(means 6 month after purchase) stopped working for which I have filed a complaint
                A person visited my the geyser and said It will be ok after some time but till today the problem persists
                I today I again called customer care and complain for the problem
                Today A person visited the geyser and said it needs to clean it because of scaling occur in geyser for which we have to pay the amount
                In my house 3 more geyser are working properly from around 4 years but this one I have purchased from Morphy Richard stop within 1 year.
                For solving my problem /repair they are asking for charges

                  Hi,
                  I have bought Morphy Richards Geyser Model: SALVO 15 LITRES.
                  Whenever I am switching On from the main switch, it's tripping.
                  Several complaints have been registered via phone call but no positive response has been received yet. Also no one shows up for the repair till date.
                  Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible please.

                        I, Aayush Bihani, have been using Morphy Richards Water Heater Salvo 10L Geyser. Recently my geyser tank leaked and being covered under warranty of 7years on water tank I contacted service centre. I provided them GST Invoice and Warranty Card of the product. But they deny providing me service because a paper sticker having serial no. that was sticked below the product worn out due to tank leakage being not a waterproof sticker. (Picture Enclosed)

                        Neither the company nor the seller and not even service centre ever mentioned that the sticker would be so important to claim warranty. Why the customer has to suffer because of irresponsibility or fault of company. If the sticker was so important why didn’t the company took measures and put a waterproof sticker on a water related appliance like geyser or Why didn’t they engraved or laser printed the serial no. upon the product.

                            We have Morphy Richards Food Processor ICON SUPER on 25/Oct/2021 and there are multiple problems within first month:
                            1) After usage at the inner bottom side of the jar there will gold colour powder layer, which is coming due to brass
                            2) The blade becomes loose as a result of deteriorating brass because o[censored]sage.

                            After calling customer care, a Technician visited and said that it is common and no need to worry. He fixed the blade and left.
                            After few days while using the wet jar, we see the water is leaking from bottom of the jar. We are able to call Technician again and found that the brass plate was completely deteriorated and due to that there is a gap and need to be replaced.
                            As the product is still in warranty, so we got a new jar.

                            But in May 2022 we are facing the same issues as above and now they are not ready to replace the jar even though it is under warranty. Instead they are suggesting to buy the jar for Rs. 1850.
                            As per technician, there is no repair for blade tightening and no chance to replace brass plate, so need to buy a new jar.
                            So I asked the Technician whether this is a common problem or not and whether it is known to them and company and he informed that this is known issue to them and as well to the company, but could not do anything as there is no chance to repair.

                            Even the company is aware about the issue, still they are producing this USELESS PRODUCT AND FOOLING PEOPLE.
                            Even If I get a free replacement of the jar, how I can trust the jar as it might be working for next few weeks/months.
                            My expectation for this product was it will be used for next 7 to 10 years.

                            So my question is within 6 months if i have to change 3 jars for this brand, what kind of product is this.
                            The company (Morphy Richards and Bajaj Electronics) are you expecting me to keep on buying jars.
                            I have an old grinder which was bought in 2010 and it is still working and it is MADE IN INDIA and a lot cheaper and can be repaired with minimal cost anywhere in INDIA.

                            I have already wasted nearly Rs. 9000 for buying this and also wasting time to discuss with Customer Care and Technicians.

                            HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH PRODUCT AND SERVICE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY THIS PRODUCT.

                            Request you to take an action against this company.
                            Also I see the complains history about Morphy Richards products, I see there are more than 250 complaints and they are able to resolve only 27% of them. This shows how much respect they do have towards INDIAN Customers.

                              I have ordered MR essential 100FP 600 w food processor white from flipkart.Received the product on 1st week of jan 2022. I didn't get any complaint on that return period(7 days). But after tat im getting burning smell n also smoke is coming while using the processor. Regarding tis I have raised a complaint about 3 times. 2nd time they came for service n said that belt is the problem. We have changed the belt. Here after u won't get any problem. They said like that. But after 2 days i'm getting the same complaint. Again we have raised the complaint. Yesterday they came for service. They checked the processor and said like motor is the problem. I will get the product from you after 1 or 2 hours. But still they didnt take the product from us for service. I really disappoint with ur company products and service. My friend suggested for morphy richard product. That why I go your processor. But im getting very bad experience on your product. Waste of money waste of time everything. Very disappointed with your product. Processor can't able to use for 2 members family. Hardly I used the processor only for 10 to 15 time from january. Please calculate how worst the product was. I don't know who is responsible for this.but im suffering very much.

                                Nature of complaint:

                                Once the oven is put on, the bowl inside the oven keeps rotating, but absolutely no heat is transferred to the contents of the bowl. Once a technician came and told that the part called "magnetron" needs to be replaced. Also sound comes from inside the oven.

                                      The heater was purchased in August 2021.
                                      Immediately during use in winter it started giving problems. A complaint was registered and a service engineer visited, however again problems started after some time.
                                      Again a complaint was given and it was rectified however it started giving problem within 1-2 days.
                                      It is really pathetic that the new heater is giving problems again and again and there is a very poor response from the service team. I am not able to use the heater in peak cold.
                                      Requested to pl look into the matter and resolve the issue on priority.
