Indiatimes Shopping — order cancelled after payment | |||
Dear Sir, I placed the order of an OTG (28 liters, Morphy Richards make) through Indiatimes shopping online. The purchase was completed and the amount of Rs.5001/- was deducted from my credit card and an order no. [protected] was generated. I got an online receipt of the same and the product was supposed to be delivered by 21st August 2012. When the product did not reach me on the said date I lodged a case with the said website asking for the delivery status of the product. The case id is 371869. But today I got a call from Indiatimes shopping to inform that the order has been cancelled since they could not deliver the product in time. This is simply unbelievable.
