Yes. On certain aspects, company is not good working. But it provides a lot of benefits to employees. On overall, i have neutral comments about the company.

i do agree with the above complaints, i work for iyogi process (BPO) block b ininite computer solutions, the management here initially promise every a good salary and it does too after 2months suddenly DEDUCTION happens from our salary, they confuse alot and within this confusion they again annunce that half of the salary will be given in next 15days and after 15days there will be a peace of in your salary, infinite has a [censored]en management, i sware some day it will be a hell.

DEEPA NAIK (HR) and RAKESH TIKU, "VP of Infinite" are both thieves and should be in jail. RAKESH TIKU faked all his education and experience and slipped into Yahoo! as a Director and he is doing the same he did at Infinite at Yahoo!

RAKESH TIKU interviewed a friend of mine and asked her if she is OK spending time with him, during the weekends, at a hotel room!

She was shocked and said "NO! You should not have asked me that." RAKESH TIKU then asked her if she was a virgin.

My friend was speechless and said nothing. RAKESH TIKU then called security and asked them to escort her out of the Yahoo building.

Warning about DEEPA NAIK she now spells her name as DEEPA NAYAK and is the Regional Manager - HR at Dimension Data.

Be careful of employing DEEPA NAYAK (AKA DEEPA NAIK ), she will ruin your company.

Well, Rajesh Rao (still at Infinite Computer Solutions), Rajiv Nair (now at Terrabit Consulting), Rakesh Tiku (now at Yahoo) and Deepa Naik / Deepa Nayak (now at Dimension Data) are laughing all the way to the bank with the provident fund money they stole from thousands of employees.

They are probably also laughing at how they forced the candidates / employees to hand over their original document and used these documents to blackmail the candidates / employees.

Furthermore, they asked for sexual favors from certain female employees.

You forgot to mention the masterminds of this fraud. The people you mentioned are small time players just following instructions.

I would also like to share some of the information about my worst experience with this company. They recruited us as Level 3 promising that we are the next TLs within 6 months. Joined the company, first two months salary was fine, after which we were not getting our complete salary at all. When we started fighting for that matter, we got half money after 4 months. they come up with some incentive plans, which will not last longer for a week and not even the OPS manager (Chandra) knows about the incentive plan. When we goto HRs, they say that "We will get back to you" and always run away from us. We work for more than 9 30 hours without breaks and yet we get nothing. This is not enough, we got a CH**T TL named ASLAM, who is cunning more than a fox, and very well trained in washing his boss AS*. I dont understand how come an call taking agent can become a trainer, TL, asst manager, manager and OPS manager in one years time. He screwed us, more than tat he cheated us giving big words that he is the saviour of L3. Atlast, our team has come to an end.
