[Resolved] Ing Vysya Home Loans — ABUSING AND CHEATING | |||
I have taken a home loan for 30 lakhs in sept 2009 at the rate of 9.75% interest rate with a monthly EMI of Rs.28345/- and since then the interest rate with ING Vysya bank loan is continuously going up only and now it is 11.75%. The bank people have never reduced the interest rate on the floaing interest housing loan i have taken when the RBI reduced the rates but very quickly increased the interest rate whenever an announcement is made regarding the increase in interest rate by RBI. Now the bank people are pestering me on paying an additional EMI amount to make to tenure stable at 20 years and not willing to increase the tenure. When i requested to provide me with a written mail and repayment structure of the additional amount to the telecaller from ING Vysya bank, Bangalore, Ms. Shalini , she was not ready to provide the same and she and her manager Mr. Prasad started threatening and abusing saying that if i dont oblige and come with the blank cheques to their office immediately , will take legal action and attach the property. I am now heartbroken with their attitude and request RBI and banking ombudsman to take a look at the activities of ING vysya bank home loans and control. I request each and everybody who read this letter to convey that ING vysya bank home loan should never be touched in need of a home loan to their friends and relatives. I have applied the Housing Loan with HimayatNagar, Hyderabad branch.
Where I was forced to meet an agent, where the story started.
He took all the signatures and as required by the bank.
And the Heart Breaking news was even the building construction was not started the idiotic bank has released 90% of loan that too without any information/approval from customer/my end.
It took 2yrs to complete with the god grace and big fight with bank and builder. Shameless people.
I have come to know that bank employees were very close to builder and played this high drama.
Finally who was the sufferer - customer that is no other my self. I have paid 3lakhs as PRE-EMI. no one in this world paid that much for nothing. Now without any information to customer interest rates are hiked to 14.25% where no bank is charging. I dont know why i bought that house and that too with ING.
Please my request is that please never ever go with ING bank FOR any transaction not even savings account, current account, fixed deposit and any Loans.
If by mistake if you have taken, you will not get an helping hand from the branch to move to other bank, will be charged for each and every move.
lack of process in the bank and no one will take the responsibility.
CAREFULL with ING VYSYA BANK... God should save me and other who are already with ING.
