Mere mobile pe ing life pe se call aya tha usne muje ek policy ke bare me bataya ki apko per year 20000 bharana hai 5 year tak uske bad 200000 milega to mene policy le li aur usne ye bhi bataya ki apko 1 month bad 10000 ka bonus milega lekin woh sab muje mila nahi aur ing care call kiya to usne bataya ki ye policy galat hai to mene ing ki surat branch me complaint ki, unhone bataya ki apki policy cancle ho jayegi aur refund mil jayega lekin 15 din bad policy mere ghar pe wapas aa gayi aur usme letter tha usme likha tha ki apki policy cancle nahi ho sakti iss liye mene apko complain ki hai to plz help me.
