[Resolved]  Ing Vysya Life Insurance — NOC- REG

Dear sir/Madam,

Sub: No Objection Certificate from ING Vysya Life Insurance - Reg.

I wish to inform your goodself that I have been completed my IC-33 training and examination from M/s. Max Newyork Life Indsurance, Chennai, awaiting for my code number. But I was informed by M/s. Max Newyork life that my PAN number is already use in M/s. ING Vysya Life Insurance.

At this stage I wish bring to kind notice that I have not attend any training and examination from M/s. ING Vysya Life Insuranace. They mis-used my PAN Card, and without my knowledge they register my PAN in your good office. when I approached for NOC from them, they said to wait for 3 weeks and after 3weeks I went to their Chennai office, they given the NOC only in white paper, a copy is enclosed for your ready reference.

When I submit the same to M/s. Max Newyork Life Insurance, they want the NOC from M/s. ING Vysya Life Insurance H.O Letterhead, and i request the same their Chennai office they asked to get it directly from H.O. If i approach them directly it will take minimum 3 months to get the same. Now I request your goodself to look into this matter and assist to get the NOC at the earliest.

My Self Yashkumar Patel, I am Working As Life Advisor in ING Vysya Life Insurance in Surat Ringroad Branch . Now I Don't Want to Continue With ING Life.I Was 5 Time for NOC But the Branch Manager Mr.Ajay Nair has not Accepted my request and he had a demand of RS .2000 FOR NOC
Please Do the Needful and help for getting me my NOC
