[Resolved] Ing Vysya — Payment not received after three months of surrender | |||
Respected Sir|Madam, I had the policy# 00973101 with ING Vysya which I requested to surrender on 26th Mar 2013. I submitted all the necessary documents they asked for. I lost my Policy Bond so they asked me to submit affidavit. I submitted it on 10 rs Stamp Paper. I asked the executive (Amit) sitting at Bareilly Branch that please check all the documents, He said documents are okay and he gave me acknowledge slip. He said you will receive your money withing 12-15 days. When I called them after 20 days they told me that you have to submit the affidavit on 100 Rs stamp paper. I submitted it again and they said you will be be receiving the money within 48 hours, but still I have not received the money. I have talked to them so many times and they always say you will receive your money within 48 hours.. I have talked to Mohit who is in Bareilly branch he always says it is under process, you will receive your money in 2-3 days.
