Insurance — Non recovery of 20000 Rs by State Bank Of Mysore

Dear Sir/Madam,
On 9th of April 2009 I went to State Bank Of Mysore ATM in Pumpwell, Mangalore, D.K to withdraw 10000. But ATM sytem Shown as "Unable to process". Bill was came as Unable to process But cash not came. After that I tried 2nd time. Same comment appeared. But cash not yet came 2nd time also. After when I checked in Axis Bank ATM it shown as "2 times 10000 each withdrawn. But I didnt get 20000. SBM not recoverd this 20000 amount till now. what to do..??? what about my money???. Please help me regarding to this.

My Company PAN Card Despatched on Last Week 22nd, still now i'm not receiving. I called your customer care no.[protected] the person didnt responsed to me. He is using very bad and dirty words. So, i feel very bad. Please action the persion & inform me. First i know the clear detail this is customer care number or not. I receive the number from Madurai Arasaradi Speed Post Office.

My complaint with lic of India . my friend take a ulip plan from lic. policy no. is[protected] plan 173-59 as on 30.06.2006 from sikar branch in jaipur first division in north zone. with yearly premium is 50000 Rs. Yearly for five year. His problem with sum assured . lic did blunder here there in policy documents and in the policy master only 50000 sum assured where He paid 150000 in three yearly installments. He had complaint so many times at LIC office but there is no any response and remedy. So please rectify His sum assured proper value in instate of 50000. thanking you.

My maruti swift has meet with an major accident on 22/01/2010 at chandigarh & claim no is CL/60135559/90612972.Since then it's lying at M/S AUTOPACE for repairs,but the surveyor Mr Gurcharn Singh deputed by NIC after taking the initial photographs is not setteling the claim despite all relevent documents desired by him are submitted to him
.
I am an ex service man & this kind of service is being given to us.Please look into the matter & ask your insurance partner NIC to settle claim without any furthur delay.

I HAD PURCHASED INSURANCE AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE BOND I SAW MY SIGNATURE WERE FORGED AND THE COMMITMENTS AT THE TIME OF GIVING THE POLICY WERE ALSO NOT FULL FILLED. I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN A COMPLAINT ABOUT 5 MONTHS BACK BUT NO REPLY. PLEASE TELL ME THE WAY.
