[Resolved] Intarvo Technologies / Western Digital Hard Disk — hard disk not received since three months | |||
dear authorities, i am varun mishra ,a resident of karnataka(kgf).four months back i had purchased a hard disk belonging to western digital company.the hard disk started to malfunction after 3 days of purchase .i had spoken to the customer associate of the mentioned company and he advised me to courier the hard disk from my end and they promised to replace it within 11 days.Now its been three months and i still didnt get my hard disk.i speak to the customer associates every day and they just give me false information.the main person incharge-Mr Allam(ph no-[protected]) is also trying to neglect things.the address of the company is intarvo technological limited b-81 okhla industrial area phase 2 new delhi 110020 the complaint no of my hard disk is,rma no[protected] and the serial no of the hard disk wcat1f[protected] gb western digital) please help me, because there is no one i can trust apart from u people.. my name is varun mishra (ph no [protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||

wd — hdd not delivered
hi i pankaj sharma, i purchased wd hard disk of western digital company i called the support centre date 23 mar 2011 and they gave me a rma no[protected], model no WD800BB-00JHC0 , hdd ser no- WMAM9CKU6661 . they sent me replacement but without rectification. i called them back and again they told me to send the hard disk saying that they would replace it back. i had it sent to them in the month of may and since then have not got a replacement. i have mailed them several times, called them also but they just make false promises and nothing is done.pls this hdd delivred stutas mail me
