[Resolved]  Intel — WRONG REPLACEMENT

ISSUE :
AS A REPLACEMENT , FIRST TIME THEY SENT ME A BOARD WHICH DOES NOT BELONG TO ME. AFTER SPEAKING TO INTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE (ICS) FOR ABOUT THIRTY MINUTES, I WAS SENT ANOTHER BOARD BUT INCOMPLETE WITHOUT ANY PARTS. I RESENT IT BACK . AGAIN MADE FEW CALLS. THEN I WAS SENT ANOTHER BOARD AFTER 5 DAYS AND THAT BOARD DID NOT FUNCTION. TILL DATE I WAS SENT A BOARD... THERE IS NO SOLUTION FROM INTEL'S END.
