I ordered Jeans regular, and it was Big for me, so i asked for same design in slim fit, but they don't have, so i asked for refund, they agreed, and they will arrange return pick up, after 1week no one came to pick up, later I contacted to Customer care, she don't know how to talk with Customer, she told they don't have return pick up, so she said we have to ship back, When you have for deliver, why can't arrange return pick up. Kindly take action on this request. i wont recommended to people

Intel powerbank purchased 3 to 4 months before through flipcart is not working.The powerbank purchased is not working with no back up of power.while charging light is on, but when switch off and connected to mobile no charge is transmitted.I purchased the powerbank 11000 mah, but cannot find the bill or money receipt.

Sir, i am a service engineer. I write this complaint to inform u that intel company has produced many motherboards and they provide 1 to 3 year warranty. But after 3 year it will complaint. The reason is they will program working period of board. After warranty board will complaint and cannot repair it. This is their business trick. Local people can't understand it. So take necessary action about it. Many companies do like this.

Sir, I purchased a processor(intel core i3 second generation) from my nearest store on 9th nov 2011 and now I got it in a non-working condition. So, I send it to the service centre and they are saying that, warranty expired. I am requesting to you that, please extend my warranty for two months.

I bought an intel motherboard 55TC (Sl No: BTTCO30008W4 Part no: AAE[protected] from arya computech pvt ltd, 1 chadni chowk, kolkata-700072 on 20/02/2012. But a month ago, the motherboard stopped working. As intel provides 3 years of warranty to all its motherboards we took it to the intel Regional Service Hub & Customer Service Center (SMARTLINK NETWORK SYSTEMS LIMITED Ground Floor, Swastic Centre, P-8, Chowringi Square, Kolkata - 700069 Contact Details: [protected] /[protected] . There they replied that the warranty had expired, as intel issues 3years warranty from the Manufacturing date, not from the date of purchase. According to the purchase bill we have 6months of warranty left.we called intel customer care (Reference no: 6723659) and told our problem. After 72 hours we called again to hear that the warranty will not be provided as they were already past the warranty date when it was sold to us. We always know that the warranty starts from the date of purchase not from the manufacturing date and more over arya computech didnot even told us about this and nowhere intel advertised this. More over we were also told that intel would refund 60$ to motherboads that they had stopped manufacturing but later they changed this reply too. So the bottomline is we wont get any refund or warranty.Therefore we want to complain against Intel and Arya Computech for this fraud service. Please take step against this as

Sir, I bought an intel motherboard 41RQ on 6-MAY-2011 serial no:AZRQ03800RDB it counterfiles an problem so, i complained about it and they replaced me a another motherboard of serial no: AZRQ031003QG . but now this also not working for 3 months . My warranty period ends on 6-MAY-2014. but intel service centre in chennai are not responding me and they adviced me to bring an letter from intel. i do know what letter it was. So please help me. NOTE: SIR moreover motherboard of serial no: AZRQ031003QG which they replaced me is found to be 6months older than motherboard of serial no:AZRQ03800RDB. I HAD BEEN CHEATED BY THEM. I faced so many problem for 1 year above, Before some day I send my mother board to service center of Intel & Intel replace my board & give me a new mother board but problem is not gone its continue runnig. ISSUE :
AS A REPLACEMENT , FIRST TIME THEY SENT ME A BOARD WHICH DOES NOT BELONG TO ME. AFTER SPEAKING TO INTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE (ICS) FOR ABOUT THIRTY MINUTES, I WAS SENT ANOTHER BOARD BUT INCOMPLETE WITHOUT ANY PARTS. I RESENT IT BACK . AGAIN MADE FEW CALLS. THEN I WAS SENT ANOTHER BOARD AFTER 5 DAYS AND THAT BOARD DID NOT FUNCTION. TILL DATE I WAS SENT A BOARD... THERE IS NO SOLUTION FROM INTEL'S END.

My motherboard had a warranty of 3 years.

After a year i moved to Mumbai Dist.- Thane City - Ambarnath.

As per my bill my mother board is covered under warranty until 9 Aug 2011.

It started to give some display problem so i took it to Intel's service center on 3 Aug 2011, situated in Dombivali. But I was shocked when they informed that my motherboard is out of warranty. So i produced the bill to them. They took a xerox copy of that and gave me a written Invoice and took the board from me. After 20 days when i called up to have status update on my motherboard they informed me that it cant be repaired as its out of warranty.

Now when the motherboard is out of warranty as per they claim i want it to be repaired for no cost as my bill claimed to be in warranty.

my intel dual core processor is not giving display.

i have Intel DH55TC motherboard,i submitted it at intel service center,intel service period for warranty replacement is 4-5 days but they take 19 days and they have not give me back my motherboard nor they contact me regarding about the update they say we send you as soon as possible but doesn't say when,they kept me in dark,they gave my friend replacement after 3 months and their policy is 4-5 days.
please help me,i think they are planning to take 4-5 month for replacement.here are the details.

intel 41 cn bord not working

motherboard have no sound and stop working studdenly...

I'm extremely dissappionted from INTEL SERVICE . Few months before I purchase a motherboard (DESKTOP COMPUTER ) . Suddenly my Board create a problem of display . When I gave my board to INTEL SERVICE CENTRE . They scratch my board and rejected . Now I need your help to Replace my board from INTEL . Otherwise you take action against INTEL .

i have a intel motherboad DG31PR.
there is some problem in the audio output.
so as following the procedure i hv contacted the intel service center on 13 September and recieved the Order Number: [protected](REF NO.[protected]) .after some days i recieved my mother board with the same problem.so i again contacted the customer support on 20 september and again i recieved another Order Number: [protected](REF NO.[protected]).

While most companies are offering instant replacements or within 3 working days and some like Samsung,Western digital even come to your house to deliver replacements.But the Intel it seems is completely insenstive towards us (once loyal) consumers.
I own a DG31PR which,after developing a fault, was sent to intel for replacement.Why they send their products to other corner of country is completely beyond comprehension.I was told by shopkeeper that normal replacement period is 20-30 days!I have several investments online and this debacle has already cost me 24000 rupees.
40 days have passed and I am still waiting for replacement.
I dont know which motherboard i will use in my next system but I am sure as hell I wont ever buy anything from Intel again.EVER.

Please note that the product i have purchased from this company is not original Intel, when i checked the project under computer device its showing chipset family instead of intel mother board. alsonot showing intel duol core processor device is showing intel (R), Pentium (R).

I believe both the products are duplicate provided by the shopkeeper

Would like to tell you about the horrific customer service experience I had to go through while unsuccessfully trying to get my motherboard replaced/repaired at the Intel Service Centre. After receiving the warranty replacement email I went to Redington India LTD. At 221, Ansal chambers Part 2, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi – 110065 which is the authorized warranty support centre for Intel in Delhi. Upon presenting a copy of the email and my motherboard, I was told that I need to submit my motherboard today and I will receive a replaced board within the next 15 days.

Since I'm an MBA student and need a working computer for my studies, I got in touch with the main engineer and requested if I can get the motherboard repaired immediately. He checked with the required authorities and suggested if I can wait for a day, he would process the request right now and I can come to collect the motherboard the next day. I couldn't understand why Intel would want to replace a complete motherboard when the problem is only with the audio jack but I agreed to his proposal. I wanted to get an assurance from Intel Customer Care that what the engineer's saying is right. So I called up Intel Customer Care.

That's where the trouble started as I was told by customer care that the motherboard that I would receive would be an old refurbished board. My motherboard is not even a year old and except for the left audio channel everything else works great, not wishing to get a repaired board as a replacement, I requested if the engineer can just repair the audio jack of my own board and give it to me, the customer care simply refused.

Not getting a satisfactory solution from Customer Care I decided to not get my motherboard repaired. I asked the engineer to give me my motherboard back, on which he told me that it has already been put into process and I would only receive a refurbished one from Intel now. I had to go through a struggle to get my unrepaired motherboard back from them.

It was sad to find out that after spending a premium amount to buy an Intel Original motherboard instead of a local one based on Intel chipset, I had to go through this and above that I didn't even get a solution to my problem. Not to forget the sorry state of Intel Customer care, the customer representative (Irfan) I was talking to, couldn't give me a proper explanation and just kept saying one line "as per the policy" over and over again. i buy a machine on 25th dec 2007.there motherboard is intel 101DG.
But before two month i found a LAN problem in my motherboard.For that purpose whenever i contact to the my retailer (VINCOM SYSTEM, NAGPUR)They said you have charge 600rs.
But when i contact to the Intel they told me no charges for replacement.Then i sent my motherboard only for LAN problem but they return my motheboard because they say ram slot is burnt.and its physical damage we are not replace physical damage motherboard.but how is happend i dont no..whenever i sent my motherboard that time only one problem i face.

Then i talk to company for repairing the company havnt any repairing center in india..
as per company mean throw this motherboard...to the dust bin..
