Dear Sir

I have Intel Motherboard is not working properly for last 10 days. when i start the computer, it did not give me display, i got the message " no display" on my monitor. I have no graphic card, internal TV tuner card on my motherboard. My monitor works properly, also i check my RAM on another motherboard, but they are working properly so i found problem with my motherboard. I have logged a complaint in Intel company Case: 8979829
Product / Markings: D945GCLF // AZLF837000FX AA E[protected]
Fault Description: No Display

Order Number: [protected]. last 6 days the company and DTDc courier company no person call to me this is very very very bad service to the intel company, lastely I am sending a courier through overnite company I gave a 200 hundred rupees to the overnite company because i have some project work.& I have lost everyday 5000 rupees.i am calling to intel tollfree no
But this is not tollfree no this no is a STD no I have lost 200 to 300 rupees to std call to the intel company and DTDC courier company says i arrange a person to pick the unit but no person

I have owned 4 AMD motherboards and 1 Intel. I strongly recommend no one purchase any products from Intel. There product blows, pretty nice for pretty much the number 1 computer maker of the world. I play 4 online games, and I'm going to make it a mission to inform everyone never purchase any intel product, ever. I figure about 15, 000 people will be notified by telling 100. Take that [censored]in loser Intel!!!

    hello intel i hav baught intel 954 series motherboard but my motherboard does not work properly my dealer replaced my motherboard with asus p5sd2vm but i prefer intel but my dealer is saying that motherboard yet no come from company after replaceing it is about 5-6 months goingwhen igave my mother board so please tell that how much intel company took time to replace an motherboard.

      Dear Sir,

      I had an Intel Pentium 4 Processor which I had bought in Nov '2005 under three year warranty time & Now it is occuring problem and not working.

      For this issue i had complained in INTEL on 16th Sept '2008 at [protected]@mailbox.cps.intel.com and got a quick response of email within 24 hrs.

      And they had started there questionare support for resolving the problem but that does not work b'coz i had tried every best possible troubleshooting before login my complant in intel

      The back & forth of mails are continued from that day and all the required recemended test & required information given to INTEL on 06th Oct' 2008.

      Now on 15th Oct i got a reply that your product warranty has been expired. Also as per INTEL records the product warranty was expired in teh first week of October (stated in 17th Oct mail) but i had complained about my product in mid sept.

      Then I got an shocking mail from Intel on 20 Oct' 08 that if you wich to repaiered your part then please contact at [protected]@cdwindia.com and i have to bear all the charges.

      After that i had written three mails but are not recieving any replies.

      Below is correspondence.

      Also confirm if you want the scanned bill copy, i will collect the
      duplicate bill copy of my 20computer from the retailer but my only
      problem is that they are almost 50 Kms away from my house.

                Yeah facing such issues with intel motherboards and processors is very common I have also got my motherboard replaced twice within 2 years. So Manish and Yogesh here is the solution for you: "as you both are sure that there is a problem with the mother board. So first you need to call at contact centre of intel the contact number is :[protected] tell them the issue they will ask your part number from the motherboard to check the warranty of the product and issue an order number that order number will reflect at relacement / service center in 24 hrs. Then you can visit to your nearest intel service center and submit the faulty motherboard. Most probably intel would replace the board in one week.                 When you go thru it, you get to understand the difficulty and humiliation involved in it. Recently my mother board 945GCPE within the warranty period, stopped working and then I gave it to the local arrangement dealer thru whom it was sent to the Chennai office.
                01. I learned to my utter dismay and mental agony.That they dont return the same m/b to you and you may get another in working condition.Then I got worried why the heck did I bother to take care of it, without allowing it to heat up etc. Some body's dirty linen I may have to wash, due to the policy of Redington. Is this the service?
                02. Then I got a replacement m/b in which I saw a tiny condenser was broken and hanging and when I tried to put it thru it did not work at all. It added further fire to my agony.
                Well I lost my original m/b and I I could not get a good replacement either, and it is more than 3months over.
                I wish the top bosses paid attention to the reputation of the company because the INTEL's reputation should not suffer for want of deficiency in service at the lowest levels elsewhere in the world.
                I have the fotograph of the serial no and the parts so that they cannot cheat me, If I will have to go to a court of law for remediation.
                My advice always take a shot of THE HARDWARES THAT YOU INSTALL AND GIVE FOR REPAIR by your cell fon (with more than 3.0 mpxl resoln like sony ericsson's, so that you know what you had for sure.
                Now I am moving it up for remedy.

                  I am having problem with my intel motherboard.MY PC not responding after restarting or shutting down until next morning or after 7-8 hrs. I performed CMOS test and BIOS update as i told by Intel online support agent but after updating BIOS update My system stops working completely.

                  Tech Support Agent told me to check my processor with some other compatible motherboard to make sure my processor is not faulty but i am sure my motherboard must be having some problem because it was replaced once.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I brought one motherboard for my computer of INTEL from Kolkata. With in two years of purchase, the motherboard was creating problem. Then I contacted INTEL(as it was within warranty period) and they replaced the motherboard for six times. But every times they sent either totally faulty or partially faulty motherboard. This is going for the last one and half years. For them only, I can not use my computer for the last one and half year. The first case no of INTEL was : 7041402; Product & Markings: D845GVSR - FCSR43005780 ; Order Number:[protected]; Order Date:[protected] and the last case no was Case Number: 7835136; Order Number: [protected]; Order Date:[protected]. Till now, the motherboard is not working.

                    I purchased an Intel core to duo mother board on 30th September 2009 from pune. I then moved to bangalore. After a couple of days, there is no display on my computer.
