I have brought a intel mother board from NEHRU PLACE (NEW DELHI) in september 2008. and now it is giving problem to me. Problem is that there is no sound coming from my pc. i was gave my motherboard to intel service center in nehru palace 2 times but now after 2 months this problm again occurs in my motherboard. its 1st problm occurs after 40-50 days of purchasing it. and 2nd time after 2 months of 1st problm. and now again after 70-80 days of problm this problm came again in my motherboard. plz guide me that what i have to do .

I purchased a D101GGC mother board of Intel. But, after ten months successful running it had stopped is working. A long beep sound are coming out from its in built speaker as well as no display.Then I reported it to the Intel Customer Care. They said to me that send it by courier. After a fortnight the faulty Mother board was sended to me and said that the board is damaged by me. Thats why the warranty is void.
So how it was sure that the board is damaged by me ??? It may be mishandled by the courier or by your end. I think it was an excuse for non-replacement.
My question is that ...
1) Why have u not any Customer Care in Kolkata ??? (where your executive can check the faulty parts). I have already purchased a Mother Board (not Intel) and it 's running. Main thing is that it has a Service center in Kolkata.
So how it was sure that the board is damaged by me ??? It may be mishandled by the courier or by your end. I think it was an excuse for non-replacement.

i was pashed new system that is intel p4 pr31 board but some thimes audio drivers id not installing so pls help me .
Dear, sir my intel motherbord is dead, it is in warrenty period, i informed it to intel customercare about it . They contact me with emil and take all about motherbord, processor, ram report but after taking their is no response. What can i do? plese inform me via emai. Thank you.
