[Resolved]  Intel Motherboard — restart operation is not performing

i have an Intel motherboard(D946GZIS) which is maximum 2 years old and last 1 wk i am facing a problem that when i restart the machine, the Intel page is processed den suddenly it does not show a blank screen and courser is blinking there instead of the Microsoft windows page and after a certain time it shows a message of TRAP EXCEPTION.
If i wait for 2 or 3 hrs its working properly.
2 times i have already formatted d drive , and the prob continues in the formatting time also when it needs natural restart.
