[Resolved] Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd — Not yet receive my PF

S subrama1 from Chennai, Tamil Nadu

My name is Manikandan Subramanian resigned from Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd chennai on 1st Apr 2010. Subsequently my EPF withdrawal form was submitted at the my chennai office on June 2010. Since then there has been no action on the status of the PF withdrawal request. Repeated calls to the Employees Provident Fund Office MALAD(KANDIVALI) go unanswered. Hi this is Shweta Bhojwani, resigned from IGSL on May 2010 and submitted my EPF paper in August 2010, But still not recieved my EPF amount.
I have marked a mail to gurgaon HR and no reply from him . I have a come to know from Mr.E.Srinivas of IGSL management, that they are under the PF audit.
I think IGSL is Fraud organisation who is not submitting their employee's PF on time.
