This is to bring your notice that I, Jayanthi Ravi (Emp ID -91745 ) has worked with Intelenet Global Services PVT LTD from 14th September 2010 to 9th January 2012 as Senior Customer Service Executive. Now I want to close my PF account, for that I have contact the Ambattur office, and they said I can't come to office directly and they gave me a mail ID [protected]@intelenetglobal.com to apply for PF.
As per their guidance I have sent the mail along with all my details to the mentioned above mail ID and doing the regular follow up. but still now I don't have any response from your end. The HR is no way help me with this.
Please take it seriously and do the needful as soon as possible.

I joined the company on 24 june 2016 and i am asking my notice from august 2017 but still they are not accepting my notice and they are not giving any opportunity for further posting and now i have some family issues so i asked the notice again when i speak to my team leader he will tell speak with assistant manager when i speak to assistant manager he will tell speak to operation manager i don't no why they are doing like this and there are many senior agents who are facing the same issue and i have attached some of the screen shot which as been chatted between me and my team leader.

harassment for pf

I already complaint against that company in consumer complaint..1stly they get more time to submission of my pf form (Nearly 1.5 year).. After that i take acknwledgement recipt from office by mail facility..in that recipt i show that your form submitted on 26aug 2017 in pf office.. I check my pf account status online in that show me your account has been settled and your epf amount send by neft on 19sep2017.. But in my account no trascation done.. I call to pf office delhi firstly they don't receive the call and company persons said that we don't know about that you call in pf office.. (Pf department gurgaon haryana).. What can i do?? Nobody give a response

Refund/Withdrawal of PF
I was serving Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon from 01 Sept 2009 till 07th May 2010. After resigning in the month of May 2010, I applied for PF withdrawal from the organization in the month of June 2011. Till date I have neither got my money nor any satisfactory action in this regard despite my numerous calls with the HR rep of the company Mr Ritesh (+91 [protected]). I am really frustrated with this issue & find no other way to get my hard earned back. Kindly advise. My emp code with the organisation was 70107.

Not yet receive my PF
My name is Manikandan Subramanian resigned from Intelenet Global Services Pvt Ltd chennai on 1st Apr 2010. Subsequently my EPF withdrawal form was submitted at the my chennai office on June 2010. Since then there has been no action on the status of the PF withdrawal request. Repeated calls to the Employees Provident Fund Office MALAD(KANDIVALI) go unanswered.
Please help me in retrieving my PF money.

credit card not recieved
Hi,
I had applied for a credit card the executive collected all the documents from me, also the verification was done at my home, office and recieved a call also and was told that I will get my card in next 5 to 7 days.. now I have been calling customer service and I get the information they do not have any records that I ever applied for the card i am also snding the email conversation which I recieved from HDFC.. I just want to know is my card being misused by someone else, or my documents are used... where is my card.. and why did I get all wrong information.. even the email i recieved I was told they will get back to me in some time.. is sometime more that 2weeks or please specify me the time..

I have marked a mail to gurgaon HR and no reply from him . I have a come to know from Mr.E.Srinivas of IGSL management, that they are under the PF audit.
I think IGSL is Fraud organisation who is not submitting their employee's PF on time.
