[Resolved]  Intex Desktop (P C) — CHEATING AND MISLEADING ME

I Punit Grover purchased intex desktop Model Number GD-75413 from authorised dealer M/S SUMAN COMPUTERS ON[protected].There was a 3 years warranty given to me. On 29 th October-2011, I lodged onsite complaint regarding my desktop as its display was not working but no action was taken up. After that I personally visited its M/S ADITYA TECHNOLOGIES (Authorized Service Centre ) on 7th Nov 2011 regarding the said problem. After a week i got a call from them relating to problem in the motherboard and it took some time to get rectified. But it took a long time to get repaired. I got my pc back on 05th JAN 2012. BUT when i started my computer it was not roperly working as it was restarting again and again. It damaged all my important stored data.
On 06th Jan-2012 i again visited M/S ADITYA TECHNOLOGIES regarding improper functioning. But this time, they reffered me to INTEX TECHNOLOGIES INDIA LTD TRC JAMMU IT.
On the same day they lodged its complaint again n gave me 3 days time to solve my issue. But no action was taken place. After few working days when i called them they replied me that its RAM was not ok and asked for some more time.
yesterday i again called them and this time they replied me that my desktop was repaired but when i went to their office my CPU was changed with somebody else. They were trying to give me the same one but after that they have changed its cabinet as well as DVD R/W and repaired or changed motherboard.
but now the issue is I am not satisfied with this motherboard and its components and still it is not working properly. I therefore request you to go through this matter and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.
Its original motherboard was much better but now they have installed small motherboard.
More over this whole process took more than Two months as i have suffered a huge loss. I have small shop where I am running my business. I dont have an other soruce of income. Please do help me in this matter.
