I HAVE PURCHASED THE INTEX SENSE MOBILE FROM "SHIVAM COMMUNICATION",[ADDRESS: G/F/2,HANSRAJ COMPLEX,NR. SANKALP RESTAURANT, OPP. FARKI, KRISHNABAUG ROAD, MANINAGAR,AHMEDABAD] INVOICE NO. RI[protected]/11-12, DATED[protected] FOR Rs. 3300/-. I WANTED THE UNLIMITED SMS SENDING FEATURES IN MY MOBILE, SO I ASKED FOR THE SAME FEATURE TO THE SALES MAN, HE HAS WRONGLY MISGUIDED ME ABOUT THE FEATURES AND PRESENTED ME THE INTEX SENSE MOBILE. SO I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE SHOP. BUT THE SAID FEATURE IS NOT PRESENT IN THE MOBILE, AND THE MOBILE IS OFTENLY SWITCH-OFF AUTOMATICALLY. I HAVE LAUNCHED THE COMPLAINT TO THE SHOPKEEPER AND REQUESTED TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM. SINCE LAST 15 DAYS, I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY REQUESTING FOR THE SOLUTION. BUT I DIDNT GET ANY SOLUTION FROM THE OTHER SIDE. AFTER THAT, I M COMPLAINING YOU ABOUT MY PROBLEM. I EXPECT YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM POSITIVELY. I PURCHASE A INTEX MOBILE NO 4470N 8 MONTH AGO, FROM DATE OF PURCHASE I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM IN THIS MOBILE, I HAVE CHANGE IT AT SERVICE CENTER ONE TIME BUT PROBLEMS ARE AS IT IS ,NOW I DO NOT WANT TO KEPT IT . WHAT CAN I DO, WILL COMPANY TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY?
