Investors Clinic — Credit note not given as yet | |||
I had booked a 3 BHK house in Unitech Unihomes-2 through Investors clinic. At the time of booking the discount they offered me of 52000/- was to be paid by credit note. It is now almost 6 months i have booked the house and I am after them every day and they are just not giving that amount. They say that the company does not have any funds. I must say if a company does not have fund of 52000/-(fifty two thousand), then it should shut down their offices in noida. Pathethic company. False promises and wrong commitment rather in simple words cheating is common by Investor Clinic associates, they just want your money, once you are in they take you for a ride and you would only feel stuck with them. this is a sick company, you can't even take any from even senior official there as there are no ethics for the company. this is company is formed by a bunch of property dealer with a bad ethics looking for peoples money only.
This happened with me too.. they promised for discount on a property which was same as available by other players in market but I preferred IC over other and went with them but later on after around two months I got a call from the associate saying that discount would not be there and also he is trying hard for me to get a unit booked. my friends who booked unit thru other dealer have all the details of the unit booked but I am have no idea why I am being punished.
