Reference to the subject mentioned, i made a transaction of Rs.10000 using IOB insta cash international debit card today @ MCC campus, I got a message like TEMPORARILY UNABLE TO PROCESS but the amount got debitted from my account.

Kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.

Hi,

I tried to withdraw Rs.10000 from an syndicate bank atm through my IOB Debit card, money didnt come out from machine but got a transaction slip mentioning " Unable to dispense" and amount has been deducted from my account.

kinldy verify and do refund.

I have tried to withdraw Rs.7000 from an IOBD9194ALLAPURAM BR-ATM107111I atm through my IOB Debit card, money didnt come out from machineand transaction slip also not come but message willcame to my cell mentioning amount has been deducted from my account.

kinldy verify and do refund.
