IPH Department — water problem

sir,

i want to complaint the water fitter of our mugla region of chamba. from last 5 days water is not coming and he is not picking up the phone. we have called so many times but he is not responding. sir kindly do something for this problem. IPH department of himachal is very bad and even they are sleeping and not doing anything for this complaint.
