IPTV — not initialising network since last two months and we are complaintning still no one is coming to check it out...!!

I booked for an iptv connection with mtnl through aksh optifibre ltd on december 13, 2008. The worthy agent, one byagwan singh (mobile no. [protected]) came to my house to collect the cheque of Rs.999/= and promised to arrange the connection within a few days. When nothing happened even after a week, I contacted him, and he gave me a tel.no.[protected] of one mr deepak, who now does not even take any phone calls. I have tired of phoning to these two people but now it seems that they do not attend my phone. And my account has been duly debited. Is there any one who listens.
