IPTV — Aksh Optifibre ltd.
I had IPTV connection on my landline phone no.28537412 in My mother’s name (Mary Alice Kujur) since Dec’08. In March’09 I decided to surrender my phone but wanted to retain IPTV. I was told that surrendering the phone also results in surrender of IPTV, so I was asked to apply for new NTC line for IPTV. Also I was told by to Aksh Optifibre Ltd.’s representative Mr Sumeet (No. [protected]) that the security money of Rs.1000 would be returned.I have already surrendered my phone (No.[protected] in last week of March’09.
I applied for new NTC line for IPTV in my name (Ninian Nauneet Kujur)and gave a post dated (31/03/09) cheque of Rs.1000 to Mr Sumeet on 18/03/09.I was told that within 2-3 weeks I ‘ll get the new connection.
But no connection has been given to me inspite of repeated complaints at different concerned numbers. I am always given assurance that matter will be looked upon.
Also no refund money of the security of earlier IPTV has not been given
to me.
Please note that I have received a bill of Rs.0 for new NTC for IPTV (Tel no.28533098, Consumer No. [protected]) dated 08/04/09
The connection of IPTV was installed on 04.06.2009 and immediately from the same day, infact, from one hour thereafter, there was internet connection problem was being arised i.e. there may be defect in the wire provided and attached from Broad Band to the Setup box, as there were no connection in the set up box or there may be problem in the connector to the setup box. This was informed over phone immediatly same day and thereafter so many times over phone. But no response till date.

iptv — Canot be operated since 18.01.2009
Only the IPTV logo appears and then stands still. I have not had acess to any programmes on IPTV since 17.02.2009. I loged Complaint No. 59789 dated 18.01.2009.Telephones calls thereafter were never picked up. No one ever came to rectify the defect.IPTV — No access to IPTV since 17.01.2009

Please let me know, why it has not been canceled till date and what about the excess charges paid to MTNL on your behalf for the service which is not being availed by me. MTNL line is in name of my father-in-law Mr. Madan Lal Gupta.

AKSH OPTIFIBRE LTD./ IP Tv — No return of money
i had tried to get their services via MTNL IP tv and paid a checque of rs 1000. in favour of AKSH OPTIFIBRE Ltd. on 25th may. On 14th june they refused to give their service due to some technical prblm in mtnl phone line in our area and promised to return the checque within 15 days but till now, the checque has not been returned, even after lodging the complaint again and again. every time they tell me to wait for one more week but checque doesnt arrive. if somebody also have problem related to this company then pls lodge a complaint and perform the duties of a responsible consumer of india.IPTV — iptv occur the problem
i have a bsnl connection with BROAD-BAND & IPTV connection .sir i have the problem of dsl blinking at evening. i also complained at 1504 for this problem.
technision came at my home for checking for this fault and he reached concultion that this is
occure due the cable that passing throw a electric poll so that due to this poll have a big problem of earthing
and the connection open way no dipi can be use.
when the road ligt is on in the evening that it occure big problem of DSL blinking.
as result at the evening my phone have a noise distortion and IPTV and BROAD BAND not working.
next day line man came and told me that line have not change and still the wire is open that have occure the problem.he refuse for dpc3a6a
iptv — Poor response for installestion of IP TV
We have deposited Rs.1000 for IP TV TRIAL.Enginner attended but no work is done.
No interest is shown for installation of no aids are povided.
Now we waNt our deposit back.

I had installed IPTV on telephone no. 27020420 on 26/10/2009. Since installation the signal has been intermittent. I have complained several times and the first few times, I got some help. however, the problem has persisited. Everyday, IPTV would switch off with a comment 'wait for signal'.
I have made more than 15 complaints but there has been no suitable response and though I have paid for the month, there was no reception for most of the days. The supervisors are inacessible for resolving my problems. Finally in desperation, I decided to cancel my subscription, at which point they assured me that everything would be ok by 10 am next morning. However, it is still not working.

IPTV — request for iptv installation
hello good evening,this is a complaint requested to be logged regarding iptv installation. for the same i visited mtnl office, they offered me a form and requested me to contact a person who is supposed to be employed by m/s akash (the company to be contacted regarding ip tv intallation -- the activity is outsourced.) after calling those executives i realised that they have left the company (m/s akash) and they started giving me advise to go for videocon dish tv. ultimately i called up toll free no of akash. as usual all such out-sourced co's toll free nos are getting engaged and their so called customer care executives are so bussy (24 x 7 -- unfortunately we have only this much time per day) ultimately i got through the line one day and i happened to put up my request for iptv installation. after 2 days so called engineer visited my place and asked me to get the wireless router / wireless modem as i have wired modem for my internet connection provided by mtnl. at the same time he was unable to give me a proper model number and the company name. i went throgh the market -- everywhere shopkeeper is asking me for model number. at the same time i have called up mtnl to replace the current modem with new wireless modem -- i found that nobody known who will do this job.. and how it is to be done ?
ultimately i left with no iptv for last 8 days
now after writing so much i really doubt -- would anybody bother to read this complaint and take a serious action ? -- if iptv installed then only my doubt will be cleared
iptv — Network problem
I have booked IPTV with user ID No 26182250. The same was installed in my premises on 8.11.2008. Network problem occasionally occured since installation. Programe which is running/showing in the IPTV does not indicate or any no information about current running programme/the programme for the whole day indicated. Kindly look into the matter and remedial action is required to be taken.
