[Resolved]  ISIRI Properties — Non return of Advance amount

Isiri Properties is a fraud layout developer located in JP Nagar. I had paid 25% advance for a site in Sree Harsha Nagar, Nelamangala on August 2008, which did not get registered because of IT problem of ISIRI properties. Later they promised to pay back the amount in two part payments, one in November 08 and other in Jan 09, but November's payment was cleared in Jan and the next payment is still to be made. They have given all sort of reasons to escape. Mobiles will be switched off and there has been a minimum of 50 postponements, 5 to 6 cheque bounces. There are two people GOPI who given extraordinary escaping reasons, Somashekar who has no value for others money and gives timelines with minimum of one month. I wanted buyers to just be careful while dealing with these kind of people.

Agree with you. I am also realising in recent couple of weeks only that folks are switching off telephone etc.

It is painful to see no progress and money not being returned back.

Finally we were successful in recovering our balance amount. After 10 or 15 postponments from the last 15 days because we had intensified the recovery finally today that too after a wait for almost 5 hours we got everything settled.

Did any one file a police complaint? Is there any one who may have filed a legal case against them? There are several o[censored]s like you guys who have paid and are going through similar problems. If yes, please do publish your response back on this site. It may help to make a joint move.

I would open up a yahoo group who are being harrased by ISIRI group.

Please send me your email ids to [protected]@yahoo.com, so that I could you to the group.

Plan is meet up together with these folks and pressurize and afterwards launch a group complaint in consumer forum against the group.

I am not sure how this group is advertising when they cannot return the money that is agreed with customers.

Does anyone have the mobile number of Somashekar / Gopi. If yes please post their number here. I tried calling their numbers but number not in use. No response to their office numbers too. Office looks deserted. Looks like all staff are absconding. Has anyone recently spoken to them.
Does any one have their residence address.
There is no use talking about these people in these forums / groups. U wait and u will be waiting.

Decide soon and act soon. Let us make them suffer.

Does anyone know the contact number or house address of directors of ISIRI properties. Their office is closed from more than a month.
Have already filed a case against them in court.

we have shiftted our office to 15th cross, near Mitai Mane sweet shop building, and we have put change of address board also. this not fair to write the mails in other sence. please come to office and solve the problem. our contact numbers are:

Full time fruad, dont go with sweet words. Heard one of them (GOPI) is married recently and maybe both busy thinking of new schemes to fraud.

numbers swithched off or no response on most occassions.

did anyone get in touch recently? were you able to get back the amount?

buggers, they are putting a nice post here when actually they are some fcking cheaters.
i have followed lot many times and everytime fking gopi and rajesh comes up with a promise. i guess they don't mind sending their wives to the advance payers as long as they don't have to pay back advance.

please spread these guys fraud as much as possible to everyone through word of mouth, they should not be able cheat a single person anymore and see if you can send some gundas and try to kick them in roads.

i found Rajesh address, its near Bangalore International School, Uttarahalli road, He stays in DS Max apartment. He has kept security also to stop the people reaching him.
