[Resolved]  iSmart Global Private Limited — Provident Fund not received till date

Dear Sir,

I, Santanu Bhattacharya, was an emplotyee of iSmart Global Private Limited (formerly known as L & L Services Private Limited), after leaving the company submitted a Provident Fund & Pension Form on Aug.07 directly to the company office at Kolkata. However, no receiving for the same was given. Now, they are not responding - neither at phone nor at their office premises. Also, when I personally visiting thier office to meet with them, they are refusing to meet me as I have resigned from the company.

Inspite of several requests, they are not co-operating with me and also not informing me the status of my application.
