I, Santanu Bhattacharya, was an emplotyee of iSmart Global Private Limited (formerly known as L & L Services Private Limited), after leaving the company submitted a Provident Fund & Pension Form on Aug.07 directly to the company office at Kolkata. Withdrawal of PF amount
Dear Sir
I had resigned from iSmart Global Private Limited on 02-Aug-08 for leaving to aboard. I had requested to process my PF papers immedialty as i heard that there is provision if employee is leaving India PF will be processed with in 30 days. This information is provided to me by an employee in PF department.
But the employer has denied and told that after 45 days from the date of resignation my PF withdrawal...
