[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Issue of Legal Notice

To whom so ever it is concerned.
I was gifted a Tata Docomo connection Post paid 4months back.Later as i was unhappy with the post paid services i requested for a prepaid migration.As everyone is aware unless and until the outstanding has been cleared no service provider will give the changeover.But to my surprise/shock i received a legal notice from Tata docomo stating that i have an outstanding of 797/-.Also i have been using other service provider for past 4 years but have been a very loyal customer.But this is not at all accepted.Also the company does not have an office to which we can complain.the customer care were not of great help either and they asked me to travel all the way from mysore to bangalore to rectify the mistake which is not at all mine.Kindly look into the issue at the earliest and i demand apology from the company in writing.
