[Resolved]  Itasveer — non delivery of the item paid for

ordered a two toned mug, order no.[protected] and the payment was made in advance. The order was given on 24th dec 2012 and the dispatch was suppose to be by 26th dec 2012. But its been 7 days passed that and no dispatch email or any kind of confirmation has been sent. The customer care lady always makes some kind of excuse for the delay. They have ruined a new years gift due to this service of theirs. Please help me...
