Two orders placed on 8th of February( Order No.[protected] &[protected] has not been delivered. Payment has been made in advance. Itasveer claims to ship the order within 5 days. The order status has not been updated and itasveer is not replying to the query....

I have ordered (149598-R69888) online photo print on 31st Jan 2016 at itasveer website paid amount full 858 Rs. As per order details they mentioned my photos will be delivered within 4-5 days. I am not getting any response from this company on email or phone. I tried to put message on their facebook page as well but no response. I can see many people like me from facebook page. I want my money refund and they should pay some panalty as well...

ordered a two toned mug, order no.[protected] and the payment was made in advance. The order was given on 24th dec 2012 and the dispatch was suppose to be by 26th dec 2012. But its been 7 days passed that and no dispatch email or any kind of confirmation has been sent. The customer care lady always makes some kind of excuse for the delay. They have ruined a new years gift due to this service of theirs. Please help me......

I have order online from the website www.itasveer.com my Order No.[protected] from CCAvenue on 21st dec 2012. yet i have not received my order . I am not able to get the customer support contact no from this website. and also people from CC avenues are not helping to track my order. I have a confirmation mail from CC avenues and Itasveer both....
