I have purchased one laptop from Itel computers. I am not a well known person in computer, for my son i bought from them. I paid the cash in advance and they said product will be delivered on next day. for next 3 days the shop will remain closed. when they opened on 5th day and one lady was sitting there and saying that the system will be delivered with in a week. I believe them waited for a week. next the shop has remained closed for 10 days. When i asked my friends in the local(porur), they said he (the owner Rajkumar) was in trouble with money and he might have cheated the amount. I chased him in the phone and got him back after a month. I got the money back after three months back. In their shop daily more than ten people will be shouting for the money or for their system. He used to sale the serviced(customer) system to others and said the system will not work for the original customer. He was that much fraud. My personal advice is be carefull on Itel Computers, Porur.
