[Resolved] Ittina Group — Ittina Group properties-Arni III -littigation property

I like to disclose you that i have invested at Ittina Arn III project, Hoddi Village, Whitefield in YEAR 2006 and from that day i have got to know it is under the littigation. My investment is stuck and not in postion to get back the money. He is behaving like roudy and not been in control. I like to request all, if you can help me to get back my down payment i have made to these guys. Almost my amount of Rs-3, 66, 000/- is stuck with them and being following up from last 2 years.
