Well if you are not able to recharge with your ITZ card even after using the correct procedure, then i would recommend you to call or mail to dishtv customer care for quick addressal of your problem along with your complete details like VC No, address and contact number.

SMS – Send the following SMS with your ITZ Card details to 57575 and your account would be recharged: ITZ DISHTV < 11 Digit VC Number > < Amount > < ITZ Account Number > < ITZ Password >

Click on the Recharge Now Link on the Home Page.
Enter the VC Number.
Select A-la-Carte packs. (package would be recharged basis the type of Card used)
Make your payment using the ITZ Card payment option by entering your ITZ Account number and Password.
Take down the transaction number for any future communications with Dishtv
