[Resolved]  J.P. Morgan Services India — PF transfer

I have submitted my request for PF transfer and have the reciept acknowledgement for it on date 2nd June 2010 and 6th July 2010 for my 2 PF accounts.
This request is raised for:
Regional Provident Fund Commissioner,
Sub-Accounts Office Kandivali,
Sector -3, Plot No.222, Charkop Poisar Road,
Kandivali(W), Mumbai- 400 067.

Details for PF transfer are
1. From Syntel India Limited PF account(MH/4150S/07142) to my current employer JP Morgan's PF account (52154K, MH/92681/23853)
2. From Syntel International Limited PF account(MH/KAN/94542/339) to my current employer JP Morgan's PF account (52154K)

Can you please do the needfuls to do the PF transfer.
