I've been trying to initiate a PF withdrawal since 11th July 2022. I had resigned on 11th May 2022 as I'm going abroad for my higher studies, and waited for 60 days before calling them to ask about the process to withdraw my PF. The only contact number I've of JPMC is that of their HR help-desk (no email contact whatsoever).
I've been trying to reach out to them, but most of the times they don't pick up my call. The one time they did pick up, which was on 15th of July, they told me that they'll send me an email to activate my account on their alumni portal in 3-5 business days, which has not been done till today

As a former employee of JPMC, I'm extremely disappointed with what I've gone through, and truly feel that I've been denied my rights as a consumer.
I'm filing a complaint over here only because i've been driven to do so and this is my last resort. Kindly please look into this matter from your end. Was this information helpful? |
