I have submitted my request for online PF transfer on 29/12/2021 - from JP Morgan to my current employer Here Technologies. As JP Morgan India has PF exempted trust, I had to submit the attestation by JP Morgan (previous employer).
Details for PF transfer are from JPMorgan PF account KDMALO09268100E0434389 to Here Technologies PF account KDMAL[protected]
I've sent printed and signed form 13 via courier to JP Morgan registered addressed at - PRISM TOWERS, 9 TO 11, LINK ROAD, MINDSPACE, GOREGAON(WEST), MUMBAI along with copy of AADHAR, PAN and cancelled Bank cheque leaf.
The current status of this request is still shown as pending at previous employer (JP Morgan India).
Can you please do the needful to do the PF transfer.
