Within 6 months of buying a Jabra Bluetoth headset, the device stopped working and was not charging. On submitting the product for service with warranty card, the service agency told me they will replace the product but only if I have the original packing for the product. I was not informed of keeping the original product packing if I had to claim a warranty replacement. My question is why do they then issue a warranty card if its the packaging they want. I did not keep the original packing assuming the quality of the product to be good and reliable (and claimed by the manufacturer on their website...http://www.jabra.com/in-en/Campaigns/Pages/Quality.aspx
I am dissappointed by this attitude. I can only say they are turning away loyal customers by this.

JABRA — Bluetooth2010-Not working
I bought blue tooth device (Mobile handsfree) from Central Mobile Zone, No.9, Commercial Plaza, K.Kamraj road, Next to ICICI BAnk ATM, Commercial street Bangalore. After two days it 's not working.I went to the same shop.That guy was not deal properly.Simply He told you go to the company.
