    This is Fardeen Khan from Firozabad in Uttar Pradesh.
    i bought Jabra e75t from flipkart store before 6 months.
    now before three to four days ago it is having incoming voice call quality is very low and i am unable to understand what other person is saying.
    i tried to resolve this with reset but nothing benefit
    still problem persist.
    in my city there is no jabra service center
    so pls just find me a solution regarding to this issue. otherwise i will loose my confidence on Jabra in future. it is really a disheartening issue in extremely priced tws which i never expected before.

      I hv bought jabra elite 2 earbud on 23rd April 2022 from Amazon.in I like the product but the sound from right earbud is not coming.what should I do...how can I claim the warranty...?

        I brought a Jabra Elite 2 on 14 Feb 2022 and it was fine.

        But since 23 June 2022 I could not charge the earbuds. I tried to resolve the issue but to no avail. Contacted Pro Connect who issued identification number (JARA 3455) and promptly replies rand I quote "Regret for inconvenience caused. Please be informed that as per process procedure damage device will not cover under warrantee. We are unable support the claim". THEY HAVENOT EVEN INSPECTED THE ITEM.

        Contacted Geeta Banger (Jabra Connect) who gave me three numbers to contact [protected] (disengages immediately); [protected] -Ms Vijayala Kshimi - one moment the line is busy, the next no answer and finally [protected] (Suresh Janardhanan) does not even pick up the phone.

        If this is the service they are providing to Indian consumers? This is the last time I will be buying a Jabra product?

          Jabra after sales service is a clear example of what a customer service shouldn't be. Hopeless, perthitic and useless are some of the words that come to mind. Their solutions team seldom answer the phone, and if you are lucky enough to get through they solution they provide are just rubbish.

          I have been chasing Jabra customer care to resolve connectivity issue of my Jabra Active Elite 75 T headphones .After trying multiple times I finally got through and was given a number to contact the person for replacement (R K Sharma[protected] lo and behold no one answers the number tried plenty of times over course of time.

          Still trying to get hold of the Customer care or the the gentleman whose number was given. not holding much hope. Seems like a decent amount of money sent down the drain. Will not recommend anyone to use Jabra product based on the current customer service standards.

          Took 6 months, used twitter to reach out to Jabra international and it still took 6 months to resolve the issue. Local institution dragged their feet on the issues. In the end I had to settle for a lower model than what i purchased and F1infoservices were pathetic in their response. Do not buy JABRA is the moral of the story,

            Jabra used to be a quality company. Purchased many items in the past for myself and others. In the last couple years quality has gone down hill. Even the replacements are worse than the originals they have sent... Have gone thru technical and support to correct the matter...They sent a replacement and when i complained it didnt work they said that was all i was going to get...Ticket number cs019151...This was concerning talk 45...Spent over 7 hours trying to get it corrected...Still to no avail.

              We have purchased Jabra talk 55. After some time the product did not work as it should and we was only allow to use it for such a short period of time when product was fully charged. We have tried to contact Jabra customer service but person over the phone was shouting on me and did not allow me to even finish my sentence. She was the boss of the conversation, telling me that I am constantly interrupting her. She refuse to transfer the call to someone else but I have asked about it few times. She make me very nervous and I wanted only to talk to someone with more polite manner and experience with customers over the phone. She gave me 1 of 2 options, start my process now or someone will call me back within 2 days. I have asked for both as her manner over the phone was very unprofessional! She also explain that the reason for speaking laudly is due to the fact that I said that I cannot hear her? I would avoid the company as much as you can! There is plenty of companies with great products on the market with professional people that are helpful to customers when issues with their items are appearing! They care and they trying to resolve it after and not just take money for products and when issue appear be unprofessional and make your day disaster!

                I had purchased jabra elite 25e from amazon on 10th oct 2018. From last week it's giving problems in charging. Earlier when i used to plug in my charger the red indicator would turn on. Now it doesn't turn red and it doesn't get charged either. I tried replacing my chargers but to no avail. Jabra support site is pathetic. If you call thier toll free numbers[protected]/19, then nobody even picks up the call.. I tried calling them three days in their working time. But no one's even picks up the call. I have even sent email on [protected]@headphonezone.in

                Still got no response.
                Now i still got 1 month of my warranty claim and i have no idea how it will be resolved

                  I'd bought a jabra halo smart bluetooth headset in may 2017 from croma, international airport domestic terminal at mumbai and the product turned out to be defective and was replaced by the company in january 2018 since it was defective.
                  However, the replacement unit also turned out to be defective and is not working with no sound coming from the left earphone. I'd written to the company on 18/07/2018 which wasn't responded to and then again on 24/07/2018 to which they've responded that they can't consider a replacement since it's now more than 1 year (Warranty valid for one year only) from the date of original purchase.

                    Hi Sir/Ma'am, My Name is Arvind Kumar, I have purchased a bluetooth earphone i.e. Jabra Wave+ for Rs. 3300/- from M-Talk in Laxmi Nagar. After 2 Months i faced problem of disconnection of the device autometically. One day i found that it started cracking, i approched to Help line no they said to mail the query. I wrote a mail to them. I got a reply after two days from Mr. Suresh asking for the pic of the product. I send the pic, He replied that they will not give replacement or repaired of the product. I said it is cracked becasuse of the wrost quality of the product. He stopped replying my emails. Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I have paid a big amount for the product.                     I placed return request for earpods twice because i was hearing static noise from left bud at first.But when technician came second time i was not able to hear any sound from left bud.Both the time the same technician showed up.I think he wasnt even the real technician becuse he didnt understand anything about product he was speaking with the technician who was supposed to visit about the product and what to do next.Then technician told him to click photos of product and he just clicked the photos and did nothing else he didnt even try to solve static noise issue insted technician mentioned he resolved issue.

                      Within 6 months of buying a Jabra Bluetoth headset, the device stopped working and was not charging. On submitting the product for service with warranty card, the service agency told me they will replace the product but only if I have the original packing for the product. I was not informed of keeping the original product packing if I had to claim a warranty replacement. My question is why do they then issue a warranty card if its the packaging they want. I did not keep the original packing assuming the quality of the product to be good and reliable (and claimed by the manufacturer on their website...http://www.jabra.com/in-en/Campaigns/Pages/Quality.aspx

                      I am dissappointed by this attitude. I can only say they are turning away loyal customers by this.

                      JABRA — Bluetooth2010-Not working

                      I bought blue tooth device (Mobile handsfree) from Central Mobile Zone, No.9, Commercial Plaza, K.Kamraj road, Next to ICICI BAnk ATM, Commercial street Bangalore. After two days it 's not working.I went to the same shop.That guy was not deal properly.Simply He told you go to the company.
