J P ASSOCIATES — Non Receipt of Interest

I had applied for a fixed deposit for Rs. 15,000.00 for 3 years on 16/09/2009 vide cheque no. 053491 drawn on HDFC Bank- Goregaon branch. After lot of communication and follow ups I have recieved the FDR ( that is after 6 months ) but ttill todate have not receievd the Interest warrants for the year March 2010 till date .

Also they have a wrong address listed in theor records for which as a customer given them an undertaking on a stamped paper.

The discharged fixed deposit receipts nos. Q[protected] for Rs.40000/- and Q[protected] for Rs.100000/- due for maturity on 19.11.2010 were submitted to the company on 25.11.2010 i.e. almost a month in advance. Till 23.11.2010, the repayment cheques were not received inspite of reminders by phone.

Jaiprakash Associates Ltd Fixed Deposits — Non-repayment of maturity amount

The discharged fixed deposit receipts nos. 00369008 for Rs.30000/- and 00555928 for Rs.20000/- due for maturity on 18.10.2015 & 23.11.2015 were submitted to the company on 05 Oct 2015 i.e. almost a month in advance. Who should be approached to redress the complaint? The company doesnot respond to phone calls.

please don't trust these companies. in mumbai this particular company's FD's are sell by MONEY HONEY FINNANCE.

Fixed Deposit Scheme — non receipt of FDR

I have deposited Rs. 20000/ and my wife deposited Rs 30000/ in fixed deposit scheme for3 years on26.10.2011 vide chque No 981936 and 981935 of SBI. As mentioned on application form receipt issued within 8 weeks but till to day we are note receive any FDR. Please send as much as possible earlier.

SIR I GOT A FILE FROM REVERSE BANK OF INDIA THEY DEMANDING 10000RS TO CONVERT INTO LOCAL CURRENCYI AATTACHED A FILE. IS THSI FILE RIGHT OR FAKE

I invested Rs.200000 on 18.11.2009 in FD for 3 years as per FD Receipt No.JAL/Q 00191327 . It matured on[protected] but I am yet to receive the maturity amount. Since I was out of country for a long period I could not send the discharged FDR in time, the excuse taken by the company to avoid paying timely maturity amount, since all the other companies remit the proceeds on maturity against such FDRs/Bonds without asking for submissions of discharged FDRs. Even he discharged FDR was sent to the company by Speed Post from Chandigarh on 13th Dec. 2012 but I am still to receive the payment. I earnestly request the company to remit the maturity amount along with up to date interest immediately. I being a Senior Citizen would not like to adopt legal recourse to get back my hard earned money invested with the company.

Further I would ask the general public to refrain from investing with this company who is adopting such unethical practices in delaying the payment.

One Lakh in fixed deposit in JP Associates ltd on 13/5/2011 for the period of 36 months vide FDR NO 288243. which is matured on 12/5/2014 The FDR no 288243 for maturity payment was sent to the company in the begining of April 14 but niether nthe payment is received nor the co is replying Ram Prasad Nigam 128/10, block Y-1, kidwai nagar Kanpur 208011 mobile no [protected]
