[Resolved]  Jaiprakash Associates Ltd Fixed Deposit — Non receipt of maturity amount

I have not received the maturity amount against FDR no 00373634 invested on 01.11.2012 for a period of 36 month.I am in urgent need of money for my daughter.Hence it is requested deposit the matured amount in my account at the earliest.

I have not received the payment till date despite repeated reminders seven times in writing and the company has not even bothered to reply to any of my letters till date despite cautioning the company for initiating the recovery proceedings in the court of law.
Came to know from Bajaj capital that company is paying the full amount in June, 17. But the cheques have not been received till date nor credited to the bank accounts.
Please get expedited urgently.
