[Resolved] Jawed Habib — Bad Services | |||
I have used services of Jawed Habib Salon while in Pune and was very happy with them. I am now based in Guwahati. I thought to avail a Snapdeal offer for Jawed Habib in Guwahati. However i must i have been terribly disappointed and insulted by the owner of the franchisee. I had taken an appointment for all the services in the offer for 11 o clock. I traveled 18-20 Kms from Amingao to Fancy Bazar to avail them. When i reach there i am told the beautician is not present and i can only get the hair services done as only the hairdresser is present. After this the next day when i try to set up another appointment and complain to the owner she in turn insults me only by saying that "If her beautician is ill she cannot help it and i should have got the facial done by the male hair dresser himself. She also tells me that this option was offered to me when it was in fact not. Moreover i would like to know in which parlour do they offer females to take facials from male beautician. And on top of that instead of apologizing she yells at me in very loud voice saying that so what if i am the customer i should understand. To finish of she says that she will SMS me tomorrow what time "they can see me/give me an appointment." I would also like to add that while i was there a couple of customers came in and they were also complaining and whenever they come beautician is not present. Before i could communicate this to the owner she hung up on me. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Mr. Habib I went for a hair cut at KAMLA NAGAR (near north campus) Delhi for my sister's wedding and they spoiled my hair in such a weird way that can't b explained. i cant go out side with my open hair and i m depressed as well.. i have pictures i am attaching it you can see what they have done with my hair ...NEVER EVER GO TO A JAWED HABIB'S SALON...they r pathetic people who don't no how to cut hair and claim that they r hair professionals...SHAMELESSLY they demanded for money as well...i feel like kicking and shaving his hair off every time i see my hairs in the mirror...

i 100% agree with all of yours opinion about jawed habib's salon i also faced the same
same thing happend to me as well...jawed habib's salon are very disappointing and the most ridiculous part is that there are so called professionals in that salon who don't know how to cut hair even in a normal way...

On 25th Feb 2012 I went to RDC Raj Nagar Ghaziabad salon. I wanted hair cut, The lady manager Asha over there told me that a package is there in which will cost me INR 999 and I'll get hair cut, clean up, arms waxing, eyebrows n upperlip done. I just wanted hair cut n clean up that day. Beautician Asha said she'll give me clean up n haircut. She while doing clean up she asked me if I can get hair cut done by male called Irfan. I refused. She said she getting late to go home. She left n told me that Irfan will do it he is good at haircut. Irfan was pulling my hair while washing. I asked him I want razor cut but he spoilt my hair n they have become so short n thin. He said he doesnt listen to what customer wants n gives the haircut he wants!!! Irfan is such a bad hair dresser. I think he gets kicked out of one centre n goes to another n gets kicked out from there aswell.
Dear Mr JAWED HABIB its high time now, you should take action on such hair dressers who are spoiling your name!!!. Just because IFRAN is muslim n you give employment to muslims doesnt mean that Hairdressers like IRFAN can escape customer's warth. I am really upset n unhappy with JAWED HABIB salon service. Though Asha has told me that she'll trim my hair for free after two months but thats not enough!!! Every time I look at my hair or myself in mirror I just feel like slapping IRFAN. Do you know how bad I am feeling for my hair. I really work uopn my hair . I invest time to groom them. One bad hair cut has taken away my hard work of 5 years!!! Do you kno the value of 5 yrs!!! . MY WARNING TO ALL THE CUSTOMERS OF JAWED HABIB SALON ., PLEASE DO GO THERE THEY ARE THERE JUST TO MINT MONEY. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A NUMBER N NOT AS A CUSTOMER!!! The manager n all the beauticians only aim is to hook customers so that they them selves may get incentive. BLOODY MONEY SEEKERS!!!
