I have a very very bad experience in Stone and Jewelry. I have purchased a stone from a shop (MALABAR GOLD JEWELLERY address A-7/1 CHARYA NIKETHAN OPP. FINE APTS MAYUR VIHAR PHASE – 1, DELHI – 110091 and PH –[protected], 001 – 55274777, [protected]) and then after one month a person told me this stone is DUPLICATE, He had the knowledge of it but I was not sure then I went to JEM testing laborites , then there told to me the correct thing which made me mad . This MALABAR GOLD JEWELLERY soap is theft, I am shocked then I went again his shop he closed his shop permanently, lucky I found him on the way and asked him where his shop is then he replied me that he has changed his shop (This was not displayed on closed shop). I shouted him then he ensure me to change my Stone then I took again another stone, while this I have seen one women came to his shop and she sold to him Jewellery , MEANS SHOP PURCHASED THEFT JEWELLERY ALSO, I took another stone Rs 8000 per rati and again I got is checked by jem testing lab, then he told me this is original but cost is 3500/- per rati. Then I went again his new shop and requested to change my stone with gold then he totally refused, means his stone is duplicate and he could earn extra profit only in stone.

CAN YOU HELP ME AND GIVE ME SUGGESTION TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS JEWELLERY SHOP. CAN YOU DEVOTE YOURS INTEREST IN THIS MATTER.

My father in law purchased gold bangles from Malabar Gold and Diamonds, Saudi Arabia on 30th Nov'13. At the time of purchase, sales man Mr. Thosif told that we can exchange the ornaments at any of their branch in India within 15 days without paying a single rupee for the same weight. So he bought bangles as per his assurance.

But unfortunately those were large for me to wear. For exchanging the bangles we went to Malabar Gold and Diamonds, Chennai branch on 14th Dec'13 (15th day of purchase). The salesman and MD told that we can only purchase new gold(same weight) by paying additinal wastage, currency conversions, new gold rate change. But at the time of purchasing they didn even mention any of these conditions. So we believed them and bought. Now we had to pay 5000rs for new bangles. If the Soudi salesman inform us all those problems at that time, sure i'll not allow my father to buy gold from there.

We never knew that they are such a fraud company. To cover up their mistake they told this was a communication gap of salesman. For their communication gap i paid 5000rs!!! After closing the issue they asking "do you want tea? or water?" Who wants their tea??? They need only customers money. Cheaters & Beggers!!!

Dear Malabar change the slogan to "Celebrate the worst moments with Malabar Gold and Diamonds".
