[Resolved]  JNTU Hyderabad — Provisional Certificate Issue

I applied for Provisional certificate in August 2008.When i went to JNTU sometime in december to collect PC, a guy named ANIL in examination department said that it was pending as i have not submitted Passport size photo.I submitted photo the next day.
I went to JNTU on january 2009 last week to collect PC.Anil (examination Department guy) said that it was still pending and told me to contact after a week.I went next week, still the same reply.I went next next week as well.Then he showed a letter which was sent to Controller of examination on feb 5th 2009 stating that PC's are pending.I went to controller of examination building.As they are shifting to a new block they told me to contact after 3 days.
After 3 days I went to Controller of examination building.They said that they need a letter stating that PC was pending.Then i went to examination department and told anil that they are expecting a letter.Then he said that he cannot give official letter to anyone.Then i requested him to come with me to controller of examination building and submit the same, He told me to come on afternoon so that we both can go to controller of examination.I came afternoon, but in vain, as ANIL said that he was busy and told me contact him on monday.
I went on monday.ANIL was on leave on monday.I was extremely frustrated and went to Vice principal room.I asked him that why did anil told me to contact him on monday if he is on leave on monday?He agreed to that point and given me a letter reference number and told me to contact controller of examination building.
I went to controller of examination building.I met a lady, who is assistant (i think) to Director of Evaluation.She said the same old story that they are shifting to a new building and told me to contact her after 3 days.After 3 days, after giving the letter reference number she said that they don't have the data for autonomous JNTU and told me to contact examination department,
I was irritated by those replies and went to vice principal room again, as he gave me the letter reference number.He told in furious manner that they are not concerned if examination building is not responding and they are in no way responsible.i had a argument with him saying that every one are pointing to some problem and ultimately we are facing the problem.There was no reply from him.

Things are not at all moving and i am extremely irritated, frustrated and angry on themselves and thought of complaining about the issue in consumer forum.Please address this issue, There are lot of people who are facing the same issue.
