Just Recharge It (For Online Rechargin Of Cellphones) — Failure of recharge and loss of the recharged amount. Also the company claims that the recharge has been done! Money has been debited from my account.

On the evening of 02.08.11, I have used the website https://www.justrechargeit.com/index_justrecharge.aspx (JustRechargeIt) my mobile no.[protected] with an amount of Rs.250/-. The recharge according to the site was successful and the money has been deducted from my bank account. However, the mobile is still not showing the top up.
The website quoted above has no telephonic contact number and has the provision of "Contact Us" that does not function at all after filling up all the details!
A complaint through their email ID has been acknowledged and I have been reasserted that the recharge has been done. The mobile still does not show the topup amoutn.
I would like to caution all that the site is not doing a its job properly and is also not contactable. May be the owner lives in an island all by himself!
So please watch out guys!!!

A similar incident happened to me too. In my case the amount was only Rs. 47 and recharge failed. I also contacted them via web complain form. Within 1 day they responded and assured me to check into the problem.

After 2 working days their payment processor sent me an email with payment reversal notice. Then they also sent me with same email assuring me to refund the amount to my bank. By the 4th day, refund was done!

If they didn't cheat me for Rs. 47, why will they cheat for Rs. 250? I'd advice you to please refer all the transaction id, your bank or credit card trx id etc. or take screenshots of amount debited and send to them. However, they didn't ask me for all that. But I'd disagree, because in my case I saw them working properly. I have copies of communication emails in support of what I said.
They Justrechargeit.com do not have proper system to track the failed transactions. The same thing happened to me on 1st of Sep 2012. Their site shows transaction failure, but my account been deducted with 250 rs. Now even today there is no news about the refund. Do not trust these stupids, make payment through provider site. All have online recharge facility and make sure to pay using internet banking not with debit card. If any failure, it will be easy to get money bank.
I made a mobile rechare for my Bsnl mobile a/c [protected] for Rs 110/- At about 4.08pm on 16.12.12 I had received the following msg on my mobile debiting my ICICI savings account no.[protected] for Rs 110/- but the recharge was not successful.
quote : Dear Customer, You have made a debit card purchase of INR 110/-on 16 Dec. Infor. VIN*www.ccavenu.

Kindly arrange to recharge my mobile or credit back the amount to my a/c no.
I Have Airtel Prepaid. I Do 300/- Rs Recharge From Anywere I Get 310 Talktime But When I Rcharged With Justrechargeit.com I Got 264/- Talktime I Have Mailed them About That The Replied We Dont charge Anything Contact With Your Service Provider And Given an transaction Id. When I Called Airtel Customer Care Their Representetive Says They Dont Have Any Update That My Phone Recharged You Did Not Do Any Recharge... Now Whome I Ask Abouth that?????
