As per TRAI guide lines for Cable TV wef Feb 2019 my service Provider Asianet Digital.com has fitted me (Consumer Id GB[protected] in a packet of their choice. I get the same service as I was getting last month. The only difference is instead of the monthly charges of Rs 180 Asinet charges me Rs 320 per month. HAT OFF TO TRAI. YOU HAVE STOOD BY ASIANET TO CHEAT ME....

Trai — all channels blocked by cable operator

As per New trai rule time period given up to 31st March 2019 to select the channel.Our cable operator Name Hertz TV, Old washermenpet, Chennai - 600021. Forcing us to go for selection of paid channels. He voluntery blocking all channels and forcing customer for paid channels. He received this month bill amount of my three setup box connection.even he is blocking all channels. Telling trai & SCV only asked to block channels and force to convert on paid channels.There is no meaning trai law. Cable operator is climbing money on his benefits. Lets wait and watch what trai will taken action on this type...

My cable TV operator has refused to obey TRAI's rules and refused to accept my selection list that was made on TRAI's official website, . They only provide their choices & demands more price for that. Most of the channels are worst channels

I have paid ₹.300/- for ₹.295/- (Gold pack Kannada Channel Package) on 18th Feb 2019. Cable operator entered in his books of records on same day.

But, still channels package not activated even after 48 hours. I contacted customer care no's[protected], 2405116, 2045110 & Mob:[protected] almost 17 times for same query.

But no useful response from that side.

Trai — over charging on selections done for package selected by me

I m Airtel customer. Recently charged my pack with 200/ on 19th Jan 19 which was valid till 18th Feb, due new rule by trai v selected channels and then on 7th Feb 19 my pack exhausted and showed a negative balance of 106/, I again recharged with 200/ on 7th and was left with only 78/ due to negative balance. This was over on 10th feb19 and I again recharged same day with 200/ and 98 channels and got message of being valid till 9th March 19 but this again got exhausted on 19th Feb 19. When complained to Airtel they told there were selections not done by me as I had selected channels only pricing...

We have Paid A Basic Charge Rs. 153/- Which is Unnecessary Charges.
Before Trai Rule, My Expensive Amount was 219 rs. per Month and we can see all channels.
But At this Time, I recharges 300 rs. above but more Channels not Show and free channels did not gets.
When i call to customer Care of D2H he said that its TRAI Rules . D2h can nothing DO .
So, Please Change your Rules Otherwise Remove 153 /- fix charges so that User Manage him Recharge Amount.

I am a availing Services of Videocon D2h from many years. As per new TRAI guidelines I can chose channels/packages of my choice but I am not able to do so either by their site or call centre since site is not working and customer care number is also not working.

I have sent them several mails regarding the same but there is no resolution provided by them till date and they r charging very high amount for the services.

I have subscribed channels from SITI NETWORKS on 03/02/2019 till now they did not activate the same I have lodged so many complaints against the same but they always suggest that you problem will resolve within 24 hrs but they not resolved it I have already mail him also. sir my request if they can not update the same so kindly refund the paid amt....

I am Videocon d2h user. My customer id for Videoncon d2h is 71842094. I am requesting to Videocon d2h customer service for activating channels. I have recharged my account with Rs. 300/- last week. I have choose d2h combo pack but they have not yet activated yet. I am calling to their customer care number daily since a week but they are not asnwering well & simply disconnect the call. As Per TRAI Rules i selected the new channel PACK,
First time, selecting pack it showing the grant total is 222.
and after confirming the pack its showing recommend pack recharge is 369.

Tatasky extra charged 153 rupees per one DTH Connection...
And i am not deselect the all channels that time also tatasky charged 153 network fee

TRAI rules & regulations are more benefit to the business not customers

the common man unable to watch the TV cause of TRAI / DTH Operators..

Sir,
I would like to drag your attention on the matter that, I am a customer of Videocon d2h having customer ID no. 78752180. From last two weeks, I am taking continuous follow up to update my selected channel pack with Vidoecon D2H customer care. Initially I was replied that, they can not change the choose pack on phone request, I have to go through only www.d2h.com and then only it can be changed. According to their instruction, I did the same, but every time I'm getting message that "your package is not migrated, due to some technical error. Please contact to customer care".

Dear Sir,
I am having Videocon D2H account with customer id 3594404. With new TRAI rules the plan has been selected by calling Videocon D2H representative and they promised that TV will start working within 1-2 hour but since last 4 days my D2H is not working. I have called numerous times to customer care, mailed them but no positive action taken from the company. We have already recharged account for Rs.700 when our plan is for Rs.350. If by calling them continuously nobody cares what should customer do? I am harrassed with their bad service. Please do the needful by your end.
