there is a shortage of new customers in market for new sim
concern is - distributor is forcing for new sim activations minimum of 2 sims per month for every month basis

My mobile number was revoked by TRAI, and my bank accounts got unlinked from my phone. I cannot access bank services, nor can I pay online! This number is linked to my important documents. I complained to the bank but they mentioned its the revoked list by TRAI, so they can't add it. I complained to my service provider, Airtel, but they couldn't do anything. Request you to please help us to get mobile no [protected] & [protected] released from TRAI’s custody being have checked with Airtel/Vodafone and Tata and they confirmed that it is with TRAI being transferred to original Telco i.e. TATA but being non operative telco, number is with TRAI currently.

As per the GTPL policy, refund should be received within 45days. However it has been nearly 52days. I have not received any refund.

For couple of days i am raising a complaint that my internet speed is very slow while working in vm.

I don't think it is a problem from kerala vision and i do have strong reasons with proof to believe.

My connection is subscribed under 100mbps plan which comes under kottayam noc wherein i am getting a variable speed of 5 to 6 mbps inside the vm.

My father in law has same kerala vision broadband...

In malayalam channels, many channels are spending long time (Many times even more than 10 minutes at a time) for advertisement. If you check the telecast of top singer programme in flowers channel you can find the time consuming for advertising.

Please note that all are paying channel fees for viewing the programme.in addition, while one programme is forecasting on one side of the throughout the programme u can see the advertisement.br...

As per new guidelines all dd channels are free but dd sports channel ask to pay service providers extra money to watch t20 match. Why it is? Everytime dd sports is not showing matches whether it is played in india or outside.
If channels are free why one has to tell dth fellow to request to add in your package? Trai has made mess by making new system and dth providers are asking more money than old system. Any feedback is appreciated....

Sir, we are using sun direct, now they are providing selected bokey's only, that price is very high. Coustomers don't have a chance to select channels in sun direct. I will watch only telugu but they gave tamil 32 channel and telugu 32 channels and malayalam 26 & kannada... Like that they gave and charging more money. That price is not effortable for common person and we don't know those languages. We don't need actually. Can you please take...

We have paid a basic charge rs. 153/- which is unnecessary charges.
Before trai rule, my expensive amount was 219 rs. Per month and we can see all channels.
But at this time, i recharges 300 rs. Above but more channels not show and free channels did not gets.
When i call to customer care of d2h he said that its trai rules. D2h can nothing do.
So, please change your rules otherwise remove 153 /- fix charges so that...
