[Resolved] JustDial.com — Not Stopping My ECS | |||
Dear Sir, I have received call from just dial executive Kasturi for taking service of just dial for promoting my service, i have taken 12 month service after confirmation by executive Kasturi that i can stop my service at any time by sending a mail or call to customer care. I am very much unsatisfied with justdial service from first day, I have made followup for resolving my queries by phone and mail for a month long then i decide to stop my service and mail this to just dial and also called by till now it is not stooped by this i am facing financial loses in form ecs return charges. unsatisfied with justdial service from first day, I have paid Rs 3000/- to activate the service. just dial did'nt provide me even 1 Rupees business.
I have made followup for resolving my queries by phone and mail for a month long then i decide to stop my service and called them to stop my ECS service by till now it is not stooped by this i am facing financial loses in form ECS return charges.
